Parts Shipping and Policies
DELIVERY TIME:
The average delivery time is 4-6 week, depending on the item
and season. Occasionally certain parts will be in greater demand, so with
this in mind may we suggest that if you are in a hurry, Please order early
NOTE: Tooling must be kept in good condition for parts to fit properly... be
aware that when a mold is pulled for maintenance/repairs or cleaning, it may
take additional time for the mold to be returned to service. On occasion
during these routine cleaning/repairs a mold may be found to be no longer
useable and may be discontinued. If this occurs you will be refunded in full
& notified.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Each factory shipment will be shipped freight
collect F.O.B. that factory's location. We ship
via the most economical and efficient carriers. All items ship Truck Freight
Collect unless stated otherwise. ALL ORDERS SHIP FREIGHT COLLECT UNLESS
STATED OTHERWISE. (Freight Prepayment is NOT an option on these items except
International orders which must be paid for inadvance). Please note that all
freight companies charge and additional fee to deliver to a residence. To
avoid these charges you may elect to provide us with a business address we can
ship your order to. If no one is at the designated shipping location at the
time of delivery - be aware the the freight company may charge an additional
fee for redelivery.

fee $45 - $55. + - for all truck shipments going to private
residences.
- Additional residential fee $46.00 + - for all steel shipments
going to private residences.
(This does not apply to shipments going to businesses or
Dock Pick Ups.)

Prices above are based on a one item minimum shipment.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
Any customer refusing a
shipment will be liable for the freight charges in both directions. The
exception to this is if the shipment is damaged upon receipt. Refusals due to
damage must be noted on the freight bill & signed by both the customer and
driver of the freight company. Please notify us immediately if you have
refused an item due to damage so we can promptly get a replacement item to
you.
DAMAGED FREIGHT:
All
merchandise is inspected prior to leaving. It is the carriers responsibility
to deliver the merchandise in the same condition it was pick up in. Although
damage seldom occurs, should this happen, YOU MUST WRIGHT DAMAGED ON THE
DELIVERY TICKET. If the damage is severe you can refuse the shipment and let
the carrier contact us for disposition. (You may want to contact us and
report the extent of the damage.) However, if the product is only mildly
damaged (chipped, scratched, bumped) contact the carriers claim department -
get a claims form - file for repairs. DAMAGED
PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE once the shipment
has been signed for and accepted. (No exceptions!)
CANCELLATIONS:
Most orders can be
canceled at any time up to one week of shipping date, for a full refund. Any
order canceled after an item has shipped will be subject to all freight
charges incurred.
Note: When you cancel an order you will be given a confirmation number
to verify your cancellation. Write this number down immediately! If an order
arrives at your location that you claim to have cancelled and you have no
verification of your cancellation, you will be responsibly for any and all
freight charges and a 30% restocking charge. Please Note: These are our
policies and the original charge amount can not be charged back to your credit
card or disputed with your issuing bank, without the cancellation number.
This would be considered credit card fraud and will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law!
RETURNS: Merchandise may be
returned within 30 days from the date of shipping and with approval .
Please contact us for a return authorization number - which must appear on the
outside of the box being returned. All shipments approved for return must
be freight prepaid
and are special order and a 30% restocking fee.
(Any Shipment being returned collect will be refused.) All return shipments
must have a copy of the original invoice attached. All parts being returned
must be unused and in original condition (not sanded/primed/drilled or painted
etc...) and in the original shipping container. Refunds will be issued the
day the product is received in by our receiving department. Returns may have
to ship direct to the supplier. Please contact us for the correct address.
FREIGHT CHARGES & CRATING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
GENERAL
GUARANTEE / LIABILITY: Our merchandise is
guaranteed to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship, for 30 days
or we will replace or refund the purchase price (excluding freight charges) at
our option, any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection and
approval.
All parts must be pre-fitted
immediately prior to prep and paint, within the 30 day return period.
There will be no returns or exchanges
30 from the shipping date of the product.
All products must be professionally
installed by certified installers, whom will assume all liability,
responsibilities and risks involved with the use and installation of these
products.
GUARANTEE /
LIABILITY:
The company hereby
disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not
limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. The company is not responsible for damage caused by abuse, incorrect
installation, modification, shipping, accidents or normal wear; nor is the
company responsible for labor charges, inconvenience or other expenses related
to installation or use of our products whether purchased from us or an
independent reseller.
